Dear Mr. Steele,

Last week your company finished up a home and I wanted to tell you what a first class job they did.  I have had two houses built by other companies over the years and your house is an exceptional value.  It was built in Milton, Florida for my Grandson, my money, his choice.  The plan is, he will get a loan and pay me back.

Anyway your Pensacola office is a real credit to your organization.  I am an old Navy Vet. and probably not the most laid back person there is, but the Pensacola group did an outstanding job of taking care of me.  Starting with Phil in sales he made it easy for us to get started.  Kim was always most helpful with the phone calls and work well with my Grandson and his wife as they picked out colors etc.  Bill worked the job and was most cordial in answering my many questions and in giving me guidance as to getting my part of the build accomplished.  When they were all busy Randy knew all the answers.  As we used to say in the Navy “he runs a tight ship” which reflects well on the S. S. Steele name.

The kids are excited about it and I expect somewhere down the line some of their friends may be calling for a house.

Thank you to all that worked on our new home.  God has been good to us in so many ways.  The builders took so much pride in everything they did.  Especially Marcus!  In this tough economy it is nice to know we can still get something good.  Thanks again.  I recommend you to everybody.

Dear Mr. Steele:

your company build my wife and I a house.  We signed the contract on March 2009.  In June 2009, we moved into our new home.

We have had several housed built over the years.  I must admit this one was the best experience we have had in having one built.

Your office staff, Randy, Kim and Phil were more helpful.  They led us thru the process very efficiently.  Bill, your job foreman, met with us on the job several times and explained any questions we had.  All the subs were nice and did a very professional job.  bill checked the jobsite everyday to be sure it was on schedule.

We thank you for a job well done.
